New Long Road – a folk-pop-jazz-classical group – is David Budin (vocals and guitar) and Celia Hollander Lewis (vocals, Celtic harp, 12-string guitar, and banjo), Robin Stratton (vocals and ukulele), Gayle Klaber cello) and Sara Lambert (flute).

New Long Road plays songs you've never heard before (including David Budin originals), or haven't heard in a very long time, but have never heard like this.

New Long Road members have performed onstage with, or opened for, an array of world-famous artists, including Jeff Beck, Jefferson Starship, Poco, Flying Burrito Brothers, Linda Ronstadt, Jimi Hendrix (that's right), Graham Nash, Peter Yarrow, and more.

And Gayle and Sara, specifically, play or have played with the Cleveland Pops Orchestra, the Firelands Symphony

Orchestra, the Erie Philharmonic, Arcadia Orchestra, Great
Lakes Theater Festival, the Broadway Series at Playhouse Square, the Erie Waters flute ensemble, Heavenly Winds, and the San Luis Obispo Symphony and Redlands Orchestra in California.

New Long Road believes in doing what the group's founder David Budin calls a “whole show,” meaning that there is no down time – Budin provides humor and music history between all the songs.  Long Road performs infrequently, by design, and every show includes songs the group has never performed prior to that one.  So catch a Long Road show when you can. For instance, a very good time to see them would be at their next show – wherever that may be.  Please check the "Gigs" page on this site.
